Profile

Dr Vuković Rodríguez obtained her MSc and PhD from the University of Zagreb, and she has been a key participant in two long-term research projects funded by the Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports: one for research into bioactive substances from plants (2002-2006), and another for methods to analyze drugs and bioactive substances (2007-present). She is co-author of 17 articles in Current Contents-indexed journals, including Analytica Chimica Acta (impact factor 4.387) Talanta (impact factor: 3.498) and the Journal of Chromatography (impact factor: 4.612). She has carried out short-term research stays in analytical chemistry at Kyushu University (Japan), in proteomics at the University of Oslo (Norway), and in solid-state sensors at the University of Granada (Spain). She has been active in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, on her own and as part of a team with colleagues; she has also mentored numerous students in their research projects.
