Profile

Ivana Perković, PhD is an assistant professor at Department of Medicinal Chemistry. She teaches graduate courses Medicinal Chemistry – Selected Topics (lecturer), Medicinal Chemistry 1 and 2. Her scientific interests includes synthesis of biologically active compounds, primaquine and sorafenib derivatives, as potential antitumour drugs.

  • Associate in two projects funded by the University of Zagreb: Primaquine and cinnamic acid derivatives as potential antitumour drugs (2014) and New primaquine semicarbazides and ureas with benzhydryl or trityl substituents (2013)
  • Associate in one project funded by the Ministry of Science , Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia : Synthesis, characterization and activity of potential and known drugs (2007 – 2012, project number: 006-0000000-3216).
