2nd year enrolment requirements

• doctoral thesis topic submitted,
• tuition of the first year of studies attended (all signatures obtained),
• annual progress report of the PhD candidate submitted (DR.SC.-04 form),
• annual supervisor’s report submitted (DR.SC.-05 form).
